Frama

Project

Graphic Design II / Logo Study

Date

Sep. 2024

Frama is a motion design company that provides available educational services. Recognizing the lack of affordable resources available for aspiring designers, the company offers available and free crash courses tailored to any level of expertise, from beginners to masters. Frama is Irish Gaelic, meaning "structure" or "frame" The name, as well as the logo, reflects the brand’s background with the use of Adobe After Effects and keyframes to build their edits. Includes various mockups from a billboard to an Instagram and even a commercial.

When creating a service for this project, I knew I wanted to make an affordable service that I wished was available when I was younger. The preliminary sketches were too complex, and it was after this that more in-depth research came into play and I had a more solid idea of the direction the logo was going into. Needless to say, I had a lot of fun experimenting with brand identity and playing around with After Effects.
