Buya!

Based around Shibuya, this app is dedicated to helping users through a financial safety net. The app includes budgeting options through the onboarding pages to directly find the best budgets available based on the user’s preferences. The app consists of flights, hotels, transportation, and popular sites that are budget-friendly and align with the user’s desired itinerary.

When designing this project, I wanted to encapsulate the city’s color as best as I could. Although there are some natural sites around the city, the city’s infrastructure is bright and exciting and I wanted to capture that same palette in my app. Since this app is designed to be budget-friendly, I aimed to spend a lot of time designing available options to view certain cards based on the budget arrangement in the onboarding phase.
